Family time at the Provo Half Marathon!

WORKOUT:
3.55 mile run (with Ash & Logan at the race)75 mins weight training
20 mins stretching

This morning I got to start my workout out with a great run with my SIL Ash and my BIL Logan! They both ran their first 1/2 marathon at the Provo 1/2 Marathon this morning and I jumped in to join them on the last 
3.55 miles of the race!
They killed it this morning! When I joined them at mile 9.5 they were keeping a great 8:10-8:15 pace and stayed in a range of 7:45-8:15 through the end! They knocked out their first 1/2 marathon in 1:54!
So proud of you guys!

Last night I needed a treat fix. I headed over to our local health food store and found this little baby.
Strawberry Fields Forever Cheesecake. Awesome name right?
Well, it tasted pretty great. I was made from soaked cashews, coconut milk, agave, strawberries, lemon juice and vanilla. The crust was pecans and walnuts.
Yum!
I even have a little bit of it saved in the freezer for later. ;)

Granted I am not supposed to have fruit right now, but it did fulfill all my other dietary restrictions right now. Finding a treat with no wheat, corn, soy, dairy, eggs, sugar or anything else delicious... is pretty tough.

Usually I am a polish it off kind of girl. My sugar tolerance is so low now I couldn't finish or I knew I would be sick! And that isn't a bad thing to me at all. ;)
